HOW TO PUT INITIALS AND SIGN

I have Acrobat 11 standard, Generally I put Sign at the end of the document easily, however now I must put Initials (image) on every page of it plus full signature on the last page. Is it possible? Is it possibleto do it automatically on all pages?
