How to redact in Adobe pro web

I am using Adobe Pro Web and I would like to redact a PDF. I see instructions for redacting in the App but I can't figure out how to redact on the web. I've tried Adobe Web and Adobe Chrome extension.

Any advice greatly appreaciated!
