How to register for AATL
Hello everyone,
I am writing on behalf of a government entity and National Root Certificate Authority (CA) based in the Middle East.
Since April 2025, we have been attempting to contact the Adobe Approved Trust List (AATL) team via the official email address: aatl-info@adobe.com. We have sent several follow-up inquiries over the past few months regarding the status of our AATL application/onboarding process; however, we have yet to receive a response or an acknowledgment of receipt.
As a national-level provider, it is critical for us to align our digital signature services with Adobe’s trust standards to ensure our citizens' signed documents are natively trusted within Adobe Acrobat and Reader.
We understand that the AATL team likely handles a high volume of requests, but given that nearly a year has passed since our initial outreach, we are concerned about the status of our communication.
Could the community or an Adobe representative please guide us on the following:

Is aatl-info@adobe.com still the primary point of contact for new or pending AATL applications?

Are there alternative channels or a secondary escalation point for government-level entities to verify the receipt of their application?

Is there a specific format or portal that has replaced the email-based inquiry system?
We appreciate any guidance or contact information the community can provide to help us move this national initiative forward.
