How to register for AATL

Question

Dear Community Members, I represent a government entity from a Middle Eastern country. We have recently completed the WebTrust audit and are now looking to enroll our Certification Authority (CA) in Adobe’s AATL program. Over the past six months, I have sent multiple emails to aatl-info@adobe.com, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. I would appreciate guidance on the AATL registration and enrollment process, as well as confirmation on the appropriate contact point for coordinating this activity. If there is an alternative email address or communication channel through which the Adobe AATL team is more responsive, that information would be extremely helpful. The team is currently experiencing a backlog of requests. That might be causing a delay. We do not have information related to enrollment, as a different team handles it. We will try to reach out to the team to get an update and share the information with you. Please allow us some time.
