How to Remove Default Underline when Commenting?

Question

I use Adobe for marking up my client's documents and lately for whatever reason when I use the text box tool to leave a comment, the text is automatically being underlined when I finish typing and leave / deselect the text book where I just left my comment. How do I remove this setting so that text is no longer underlined unless I specifically underline it? Thanks for the help, I appreciate it.

Hello Jgs,Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please check for any pending updates of Acrobat from  Help>Check for updates.  You may also repair the installation files in Acrobat through Help>Repiar installation.Restart the machine after the installation of updates and repair of Acrobat. Then launch the PDF and check the comments. If the issue persists, please share the following details:Is it a Mac or Windows machine?Dot version of Acrobat installed, to identify the version please refer to the KB doc Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DCIs it specific to one PDF or with all the PDF files?Let us know how it goes.Regards,Anand Sri.
