How to remove fillable text field highlight

Greetings to all,

For more than a week I am struggling with removing text field highlight for fillable pdf. I want the file to be delivered to my colleagues clean and free of this obtrusive, design distorting blueish rectangle.

How am I creating this forms: File/Create/Create form...  and then I go with "add a text field". I define font, size, etc. Then I save it with different name. Then the file is received by my colleagues who are opening it in a simple free version of Acrobat where they edit it and send it to whom they need to.
