Hi Community Members,

This has already been asked but the response doesn't work.

I have added text to the pdf file of an invoice.

The saved version of the file is coming up as 'secured' in the file name.

When i try to combine about 20 or so files, including this one, it won't complete the operation because of the security settings on this one file.

To get around this i have taken to printing and manually scanning the file with our printer/copier/scanner (not good for the environment)  but it looks ugly because is then b and w instead of the original coloured invoice with my text on it.

Thank you. Cheers,

Julie

Open File in paid-for Acrobat. File > Properties. Security. Security method: none. Enter password when asked. Save file. Do not skip any step.
