how to remove the right menu when adobe starts

hello,

i would like to prevent adobe to open with the right menu underlines i the photo.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the delayed response.

The option to remove the right hand tool pane is not yet available. However, you can hide/minimize the tool pane by clicking on the small arrow as shown in the attached screenshot highlighted in Red.
