How to Reset a Form in Preview - Action Tab?

Hello, I'm using Acrobat DC and using the Prepare Form tool. When I click on Preview I can choose my radio buttons (to test the form) but there's no way that i can find to remove my choices and reset the buttons when I'm done. My choices get saved in the form. 

I've seen some articles referring to an "Action Tab" but I cannot find that. I've even found instructions on how to find the action tab but I still had no luck.
