How to restore last view settings

Having 4K monitor, I need acrobat to open document in half of the screen always. No matter what I do, options selected, or preferences, everytime I open a new PDF, it does open full screen. Is

    Full disclosure,

    I have an excel invoice register, in one of the formula, I have an hyperlink created pointing to a copy of that invoice in a PDF format. I need to keep half of my screen for my excel register to check the invoice that would open in the other half of the screen if possible. Right now it is not working.
