How to restrict sign-in domains in Acrobat Pro DC

Hi,

We want users in our firm to only use firm's associated domain for signing in [ex:- xyz@company.com]  instead of using other domain for signing in for Acrobat Pro DC.

Is it possible to restrict which sign-in domains are allowed using Adobe customization tool? or is there any other way of restricting sign-in domains in Acrobat DC Pro?

Thanks,

Anique

Hi Anique

Been looking for this feature for a while, perhaps implemented similar to M365 Tennant Restrictions. To enable DocumentCloud in our environment, we would need to limit logins to our corporate tenant only. Otherwise this is a significant data exfiltration path. Pity, as Adobe has invested alot in their cloud, but still lacking this one key compliance capability.

I did find a way to deploy this concept with the educational version of acrobat, but it seems limited to the computer licensed model and it's not sold through their normal sales channel.

Be good to know when they add this capability properly.
