How to revert Adobe DC to earlier version

The company I work at has been using Adobe DC to edit our PDFs. Before the new March 2022 update, we were able to use the edit feature to edit text and straighten the page with no issue. Since this update when editing text on scanned documents, the wording sometimes changes to symbols when recognize text is on(this was not an issue before)(below is a picture for reference) and editing existing text is now more selective where before it was a simple task. Most recently, we scanned in a document that had 3/8 in the text body, when we used adobe to straighten the document it was changed to 3/4. (below is a picture for reference) Luckily, we were able to catch these issues before too many documents were sent out. Considering we use this app for business, it is imperative we resolve this issue so that in the future we don't send out incorrect information. Is there a way to fix this issue OR is there a way to revert to the version of adobe we used before this most recent update?

A lot of the trail versions of Adobe software are not the latest version. Usually one installs the trial and then needs to update. I can't save for sure if this is the case with Acrobat or not--but perhaps your original installer is appropriate.

If you can find an older installer, turn off the Automatically install updates preference.
