How to run custom plugins created in adobe using ExtJS

Hello Team,

We have custom plugin's created in Adobe using ExtJS. Currently we are triggering them manually but want to explore API based approach to run these plugin's from outside. 

Could you please share any sample solution or any training video which will help us to implement this.
