How to save as

I can't "save as" the PDF-File somewhere else, i have to click on the blue button and browse on windows explorer. what am i doing wrong? double or triple clicking on e. g.  Rajabi doesn't work. Nothing happens. it seems like the folders and options are GREY for a reason!
