How to save session?

Is it possible to save Acrobat sessions? When I work, I find myself opening and working on many many files at once. If I interrupt my work, I have the possibility of reopening the last session. But if I wanted to reopen sessions that were previous to the last one, I can't find a way to do so, but it would be very useful for me, for example, to be able to reopen a session from last month, perhaps to resume work that I have left unfinished or that needs to be revised.
