How to Scan & OCR Translation that is only achievable as image by Google Translate?

I need help to edit Translation which Google can only handle as Image.

After translated, I now need to edit the text.

My problem with output of Scan & OCR, text is only searchable but not replacable   

When I replace text found, Adobe in Edit mode responded with "Unable to highlight non editable text"

Is there setting of Scan & OCR to improve Text Editing?

 

SETTINGS OF OCR OF ADOBE XL WHICH I NEED HELP TO FIND WITH ADOBE DC

  1. OCR the document, there are there options in Acrobat XI: Searchable Image, Searchable Image (Exact) and ClearScan - only the ClearScan format will give you a file that can be edited OCR the document, options in Acrobat XI: only the ClearScan format will give you a file that can be edited 
  2. XL Replaced by Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Reader.  
  3. OCR Setting for Scanned Document but what about Scanned Image Setting For Scan documents to PDF

    Adobe Acrobat XI is an EOL application. It is no longer supported on the latest Mac and Windows OS. For more info. please check the help page: https://adobe.ly/49aZfuF

    Thanks, after more research, to get formatted Translation with losing positions relative to Images, I am attempting Google Translation of Document again but this time pre-process my PDF by using Text Recognition; but now tackling another problem;  the Font is not listed in my Windows 10 Enterprise; and the Font is not available from Microsoft but only available from Adobe as Cloud.

    Since OCR accuracy depends on OCR-ready fonts, how to add know if a Font is being used for Recognize Text? I am experiencing inaccurate Text Recognition from Scan and OCR of Images given to me.

    Use OCR-ready fonts. i.e. standard, machine-readable fonts like Arial, Times New Roman, or Calibri. Avoid decorative or handwritten fonts, as OCR may struggle to interpret them accurately.
