How to search for multiple words in a PDF and receive a list of the missing words.

I perform searches in PDF documents all day.  I have found and used the advanced search option that shows all instances of a list of words in a particular document but is there a way to get a list of what words are missing from the document?

Example:

I am looking for aaa, bbb, and ccc in a document.  The document has aaa and bbb but not ccc in it.  I would like for an indication that ccc is missing from the document.

Thanks in advance and let me know if I need to go to another section of the forum.

My company needs a custom code to search by state abbreviations in large pdfs, but advanced search gives me too many results.

Hi Everettb,

We apologize for the delay in response to your query.

If I understand your query correctly, when you enter a word in the document which is not there or document doesn't contain it then you get the pop up screen shown below, but you are looking for a list of what words are missing?

As there isn't a way of searching for multiple words, so you can not get a list of what words are missing. When you enter a word in the "Search" filed then Acrobat will simply notify you with the "Result 0".
