How to set "landscape" as the default page orientation for a specific pdf document?

Is there any way to set the landscape page orientation as the default for a specific pdf document?  I plan to distribute to a number of users and would like to pre-set the print settings to avoid mis-haps.  I was able to adjust other print settings (i.e., duplex, flip short edge) in the Document Properties dialogue, but there's no place in there to set page orientation.
