Hi All,

How to set up 5 days reminder by default while sending document for signatures?

or at least during the processing of sending the document it should show setting Reminder automatically (instead of Advanced settings).

Thanks for reaching out. as you wanted to set the reminders by default while sending documents for signature, we need some more information for a batter understanding:

  • Are you using Adobe Reader/Acrobat DC for sending the documents or you have a subscription to Adobe Sign?
  • Do you want to set the reminders for yourself or for the recipients to sign the document on time?

Hi Amal,

Thanks for your  prompt reply.

We are using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro for sending documents to the clients

We want to set reminder for the RECIPIENT/Clients (so that if they do not sign document, system should send them reminder)

While taking advantage of interacting with you, I have two more questions please.

Question - 1

Software using: Adobe Acrobat DC Pro

We send documents to our clients for getting the documents signed from them.

Before sending the document, I add a statement for them at the last page of the document. Clients are required to read that statement and then sign the document.

Every time I cut the statement from word and paste into the document. Is there any possibility I can save that statement in Adobe Acrobat DC Pro (as template) and send the document to the client for signing.

How to set default subject and message for the following.
