How to set up shared commenting using a Web Server folder?

Does anyone here know how to set up a shared review using a web server folder? If so, how it it done?

I contacted Adobe customer support and they could not help me.

I am looking to use any of the three options in the above dialog box. But I have had no luck in using any any of them.
