How to show circumference AND surface area?

I'm editing plans and taking many room measurements from them. Is there a way after I measure the room surface area with the corresponding tool, to ALSO display the measured circumfence?

    Is there also an option with which you can undo only a single point from the mark you made? Right now, if i click on one wrong point inside a big room i have to undo the whole thing and cant just redo the last point of measurement.
