how to show form field format in field as instruction text

Good day to all!I am currently engaged in handling various forms and it is imperative for me to ensure that the form fields are validated in specific formats such as Date, SSN, Phone, Zip, and so on. I would like to inquire if it is feasible to exhibit the field format directly within the fields, similar to the screenshot provided. This visual representation would greatly assist me in rectifying any incorrect field formats that may have been overlooked during the formatting process.

Not if you use the built-in Format settings in the dialog, no. You would need to write your own custom Format script that allows for values that don't adhere to the general format pattern.
