How to Sign and Notarize Scanned PDF Documents in Bulk

I have about 1500 digital documents that need to be signed and notoraized, they are all formatted the same and have the signature section the same across all of the documents, however they are all scanned documents and dont have "placements" in all of them, how can this be scripted so we can apply the signature to the first page / document and apply it to the rest of them for the bulk signing and notarization?

What kind of signing do you want to perform? Adding an image (such as a scan of a hand-written signature)? A comment (such as a drawing using the Pencil tool of such a signature)? Or an actual digital signature? Or something else?

It would be an actual digital signature, all of the documents in question are in PDF form and Adobe Acrobat Pro is what I am looking to use if possible.
