I have been charged for a month after my trial with Adobe ended on 2 September. Although I saw it was going to be charged., I spoke to customer service and said no I wouldn't be charged. I have been.

All landing pages on USA and I have to click over to Au

I found a mobile number but lost it.

How can I fix this in Australia, please? Perhaps I downloaded the site from the USA. I needed assistance with the Australian site as Windows is too old.

Thaank you

To contact Adobe directly:
Chat support: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

(make sure pop-ups are not blocked; type "Agent" to chat with a real person, or via phone)

On this page you can scroll all the way to the bottom and click the Change Region button on the left to switch to the Australian support.

There's no email support.

Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain.
