How to Stop Acrobat Studio from Opening in Maximized View Every Time, for Every PDF File?

There is a similar thread to this. But we are running into this issue for Acrobat studio after transferring into a business account with Adobe.

    I hope you are doing well, and we’re sorry for the trouble you had with the app.

     

    Could you please install the latest build of Acrobat: 26.001.21431. Planned update, Apr 14, 2026. Check for any pending updates by navigating to Menu > Help> Check for Updates. Install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and try again.
