Question

How to stop the automatic signature from begin added at end of document

Hello, I am currently in the process of transforming some of my company's forms into fillable forms using Adobe Acrobat. I finished adding all of the blank widgets to all of the documents and all I had left was to test it out. I did so by clicking the 'e-signatures' button and sending one of the forms to my coworker. When I sent the form she told me that I had to remove the signature at the bottom. I never added a signature. This form is not supposed to have any signatures in it and I do not want a signature added in there. I looked it up and Adobe does this if there are no signatures on the form. The thing is I do not want any signatures added. How do I make it so no signatures are automatically added in the bottom?

Yo need to verify that all participants have a place assigned for their signature.  If a participant does not have a place assigned, Sign will automatically place that signature in a new page at the end of the document.

I do not want any signatures on this form though. All I want them to fill out in this form is their Name, Birthdate, and other personal information like that.

Then verify the role of the participants.  If should not be signer, should be form filler.
