How to switch back and forth between two fonts quickly for titles and body without having to manually pick size, color, font, etc?

I'm editing some PDFs and copy and pasting large body content. Every time I switch between subtitles and body content, I have to manually change the entire font. Is there a quicker way to do this? Can I preset two fonts and click a button once each time i switch?
