How to Sync Purchases on Web and Desktop App

Hey all,

Sorry if this is something that's been asked already but I feel like I'm losing my mind trying to use the Acrobat desktop app. I'm using a work computer and signed up for a free trial of Adobe Acrobat Pro for a project. I signed up for the trial on Safari and can access the pro features within the web browser (just my luck, though, that the feature I need seems to be unavailable in the web software), and I've tried just about everything I can think of to make the web app realize that I do in fact have access to the pro features. I'm signed into everything on one single account, and whenever I click the link to subscribe to Pro within the desktop app, it takes me to the web where it says I already own Pro. How do I update my desktop app to allow me to use the Pro features? I've already tried updating it, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and making sure that the web shows that my subscription is active. In case this helps, I'm working on a Mac and the tool I'm trying to access is the index builder.

For the index builder use the Acrobat desktop app.
