How to track changes on form fields

Hi all,

I have created a form to be used by two groups. Once group A has filled out the form, group B would like to review it, and track changes in the fields, much like a word document. Is this possible? Currently, I've only been able to allow extra writing in the field, or drawing markups, but not annotations which would be the preferred option i think.

There's no such built-in option in PDF forms. You can export the form data from both files and compare it, though.
