How to use ipad or smart phone camera roll in inserting image in fillable pdf

Why is the insert image area or button is not working when tapped in the fillable form when using ipad or any smart phone camera ? I have followed steps from one of the answers here as well bt still doesn't work tho it works in laptop or computer.
