How to Wave Early Cancelation Fee Adobe Acrobat Pro

Is it possible to have the early cancelation fee waved for my Adobe Acrobat DC Pro purchase? Adobe Acrobat DC Pro was initially started as a trial. My company has recently purchased another license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017. I was charged an early cancelation fee and would like this fee waved as another purchase was made for this software on this same computer.
