How turn off "This comment has replies" pop up in the new Acrobat version?

Is there a way to turn off the pop up that says "This comment has replies. Deleting this comment will also delete any replies to it."? I work a lot with edits and the comment tools in Acrobat, so it's annoying to constantly have to click out of this when I'm quickly deleting comments.
