Howto set "Initial View" properties for PDFMaker (MS Word - Create PDF)

Hallo everybody.

In my company there is a policy to save all PDF documents with

"Initial View" set to "Page Only",

"Page Layout" set to "Single Page",

   "Magnification" set to "Fit Page"

"Open to page" set to "1"

Mostly we edit document in Word and create PDFs with the Adobe "Export to PDF" functionability.

After that every new created PDF document has to be opened with Acrobat to check and set the properties.

Is there any possibility to configure this as the standard settings in the Adobe PDF Maker?

Within hours of searching through Acrobat, Word and Google I couldn't find a place to set the mentioned properties as default on creating PDFs.

Yes, we've created an Action in Acrobat to do this for us. But this still means that I have to open every singel PDF document and "correct" it after creation.

Any help is appreciated. Maybe there is a registry key to achive this?

Thank you

Ben
