hyperlink in PDF won't go to the specified anchor on a webpage

Hyperlinks in my PDF will not go to the specified anchor on a webpage. The url in the link is correct https://******.com/it/IT-Job-Aids/#Microsoft-Teams but when the link is clicked it just goes to the top of the page, dropping the anchor https://******.com/it/IT-Job-Aids/. For some of my coworkers the link works correctly, but many others have the same problem as I do. We need to make the link work properly for everyone. It does not seem to matter what version of acrobat is used. Thanks for any help!

    This is some kind of issue with Acrobat, the link works fine when the PDF is opened in a web browser.
