Hyperlinks in interactive pdf are dead

Question

Well it is a fairly simple question:I made an interactive pdf and there are a lot of hyperlinks that go to our intranet. Now someone asked for an update and provided new links.When I check them in the browser they work perfectly, I have full acces to the intranet and so do the people that will read the pdf's.For example:This works in the browser and is pasted in the hyperlink URL bar (no space behind it)http://prd.dashboard300.lan/departments/gw/vrijwilligers/Documenten/Forms/ByTitle.aspxBut it turns into this:http://dashboard2/DOC/VZW-ASBL/NL/SHULP/_layouts/AccessDenied.aspx?Source=http%3A%2F%2Fdashboard2%2FDOC%2FVZW%2DASBL%2FN… Second example:http://prd.dashboard300.lan/departments/gw/vrijwilligers/Documenten/Forms/ByTitle.aspxBut it turns into this:http://dashboard2/DOC/VZW-ASBL/NL/SHULP/_layouts/AccessDenied.aspx?Source=http%3A%2F%2Fdashboard2%2FDOC%2FVZW%2DASBL%2FN… Is it something I'm doing wrong, or is it the protection of the intranet?

Hi kevinh,Sorry for the delay in response. Would you try installing the latest updates available and check if the issue is reproducible. Also, check preference, Edit>Preference>Security(Enhanced), try to play with the preferences available there and check if that helps any.If you already have found a solution to this problem, please update this thread for future visitors with your findings.-Tariq Dar
