Hyperlinks Not Recognized in Excel 2016 Spreadsheet

I can't seem to get hyperlinks to be useable in Acrobat X generated docs from  Excel 2016. 

The viewable text is "Click for Factory Spec Page" and clinking that text should take you to a specific page on the mfgs website. 

Not working at all.

I am lost!!
