Hyperlinks on signed PDFs not working

I create hyperlinks on my PDF document with image/play button. I save the document, and reopen! The hyperlinks work just fine. The problem arises when the document is digitally signed, the hyperlinks dont work anymore. can someone help please. TIA

Don't set the button as read-only when you sign the document.

Please tell exactly how you sign your document digitally. Do you use the Acrobat Certificates tool? Do you use Adobe Acrobat Sign? Do you use some third-party signing tool or service?...

 

If possible please share your file before and after signing for analysis.
