I am from India and claiming an offer from Airtel India. Now when am claiming the offer from Airtel thanks app. It say my region is no India. I tried changing from Hong Kong to India but it still gives me an error. saying region is different.

I’m afraid you’re going to have to address this issue with Airtel. 

While Adobe does partner with other people to distribute software, sometimes the portal for accessing that “free software” Adobe has a help page in English language to explain how to get the benefit and (hopefully) troubleshoot problems you may be having with getting the benefit.
