Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

 

If you still experience the issue, I would suggest trying to open the files using the desktop version of the application.

 

If you have a subscription to Acrobat Pro DC/Standard DC, you can use this link to download the offline installer: Download Acrobat installer for Enterprise term or VIP license

If not, you can use Acrobat Reader to view the files. Link here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader Distribution

 

The error you see is because of the complexity and the architecture of the form, which is not accessible through the web version of Acrobat. In such cases, using the desktop version is the best solution.
