You must use the correct product name. "LiveCycle" - with no space - is a suite of products costing tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars. But you probably want "LiveCycle Designer" which you can buy from Download Livecycle designer tool | Adobe LiveCycle Enterprise Suite 4 for only $299. A trial does not seem to be available so just buy it if you need it.
