Hi Hermank,

Apologies for the late reply, I hope you would be able to fix the problem by now.

Could you please help us understand which product you are trying to install, is it a paid subscription or is it a standalone product like a one time purchase? If its an Acrobat dc subscription, which version it is? You can check the version of the product here: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC, are you trying to install it on Mac or on Windows, please specify the version? Are you on the home network or on the work network? And do you have any security software installed on your computer and running that may be causing the error?

Please refer to the below-mentioned help articles:

I hope this will fix the issue for you, do let us know with the results.

Regards,

Amal

confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

do you see both logos?

if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html
