I am receiving an error message to correct too many numbers after the decimal when requesting an e-signature. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I have set the decimal places to 2 within the Properties/Format tab. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

This can be an issue when the form is created in Acrobat and used for Acrobat Sign. Even though you’ve set 2 decimal places in the Format tab, that setting only controls how the value is displayed in Acrobat, not how it is validated or processed in Acrobat Sign.

Could you please share more information on how you have created the PDF and the settings used for the fields? If you can also share the PDF, it would help us replicate the behaviour and share the correct information.
