I am using Acrobat 9 PRO and it said the authorization has invalid

I am using Acrobat 9 PRO and it said the authorization has invalid
I have been using it, but this dialog box appeared when I opened the program today.

 

I can't find customer service to handle this issue  

My documents need Acrobat 9 .... but not others version

There is no support for Acrobat 9. It's an obsolete version, not compatible with any current OS (which doesn't mean it won't work, just that issues are to be expected, and no solutions for them will be forthcoming).
