i bought a permanent license however am getting an error message saying it is a trial license that expires in 5 days. Where do I get y permanent license?

It's not an error message. It means you haven't entered your license yet, and it's running as a trial. You do need to sort it, it WILL stop in 5 days.

open acrobat>click help> click license or something similar and enter your serial number when prompted.
