I bought Acrobat 2017 Upgrade and during the installation was requested to remove my Acrobat X. Now Acrobat 2017 can't find the previous version!
I bought the Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 Upgrade and during the installation was requested to remove my registered Acrobat X to avoid malfunctions having both installed in the same computer. Now in the process of Activation I get an error saying that the Activation does not find a qualifying product in my computer! Of course, because I removed it following their instructions.
The previous version (Acrobat standard X) still appears on "My products" in "Adobe Account".
Does anybody know what to do now? Besides effectively trying to chat with another remote agent, that is.
(Rant: Yesterday I spent more than 1/2 hour in a chat with an Indian agent who told me the transcription of the chat would be emailed with in [sic] 2 minutes. 10 hours later I checked my email and wasn't there)
Can anybody help me with this?
