I bought ACROBAT DC at USA .. And need to work in India .. but i could not edit my PDF file .. hole file shows image .. Please advice what is the reason?

The reason is that the file is composed of images, probably as a result of a scan...

If you want to edit it you need to use an image editor, like Photoshop.
