I bought adobe premium but is not working
Hello! I bought the premium version of Adobe Reader and it’s not working. I should mention that I purchased it back in March...
This is not the first time I’ve had these issues. I should mention that it doesn’t work either on Android or on iPhone. I’ve tried everything. Even though the app shows that I am subscribed, it constantly asks me to subscribe again, as if I don’t already have a subscription. I would also like to point out that my banking app confirms the payment was successfully processed.
