I can no longer email a PDF file instead I get a cloud link

I'm running Acrobat Pro V 2023.001.20143 and recently while trying to email the PDF from the mail link in the upper right corner I no longer get the file in the email client, but I get a message: "You can view "xxxxx.pdf" at: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/track?******"

How do I turn this off and just get back to sending the actual file.

The work around, of course, is to drag a file into the email...but that doesn't always assure I'm sedning what I'm actually looking at.
