I can't cancel a subscription

I want to cancel a subscription and there is no button to do so. I've been trying to contact the support team  AND I DON'T GET ANY RESPONSE

I have been wanting to cancel the trial version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for days. Cancellation does not work and the 7-day period ends tomorrow

I have the same problem. The help page is not helpful at all.

There is no cancellation option.

I was unable to cancel an Acrobat Pro DC trial subscription. I try three days and I get a Spanish pone 900810339 and speak with Mr. Edi. Analyze everything, very kind and found my order was not correct and was not registered. Thus, it could not be annulled: IT DID NOT EXIST.
