I can't cancel my Adobe plan

Hello there,

I started the one-week-trial for free. Unfortunately I can't cancel it because Adobe says I don't have a current plan. (?!)

However Adobe charged me 70 Euros (!!) and keeps charging me. I just want to cancel my plan! No one picks up the phone because the phone number doesn't exist and there is no mail I can write to!!!
